Greetings Rivertown Poets and Friends

It's official,  Autumn is upon us!  Love this time of year, especially the seasonal changes!  Hope you are all doing well.

Our next reading will be LIVE and in person at our forever home, the Aqus Cafe in Petaluma (189 H Street) on October 6th at 6pm. We are excited to feature Nancy Dougherty from Sebastopol and our very own Rivertown co host poet Shawna Swertech, who will read from her soon to be published poetry collection.  I promise you a wonderful evening of poetry and community.

Please note our new starting time of 6:00 p.m. We will be starting all readings at 6:00 from now on to better accommodate the cafe’s schedule. Please come early for a spot and a bite to eat.

Open mic follows the features. Sign-ups are in person at the cafe. There are no pre-sign-ups, with a 3 minute session per poet.

Please come early for dinner and to get a seat and a spot on the open mic list. We would love to hear from you!
